Customer Experience tab

The AssureID Customer Experience Program (ACE), is designed to help GBG improve the quality, reliability, and performance of the AssureID software and document library. By accepting the agreement (opting in), only anonymous information will be collected and periodically transferred to GBG about your workstation’s hardware configuration, how you use the AssureID software and services, and how the software is performing. This information helps Acuant identify trends and usage patterns which, in turn, enables improvements to the product.

No customer experience data will be sent unless the option is enabled. However, the Customer Experience Service is always running in case a customer requests a sample to be sent to GBG. If you do not want to have this service running, it is safe to stop or disable the Customer Experience service.

Note: At no time will any personally identifiable information from the workstation or from any of the documents processed by the software be collected.

  • To opt out, click No, I do not want to participate.
