Enhancements to the New Analytics

We have added some new features to the Analytics Studio (Beta Version) including a world-map visualisation of the Issue Country data gathered from journeys. As well, users can now select a single day within the Custom Date Range selector allowing for further drill-down of data.

Important: The New Analytics is only available to hosted customers.

NFC Improvements

Users can now determine the behaviour of the High-Level Result when an NFC check skips within a journey by configuring the NFC check to ‘Mandatory’ or ‘Optional’ within the Administration Portal.

Mobile SDK Improvements

Improvements have been made to the Identity Document Capture step within the Mobile SDK such as a new Manual Capture toggle and smaller UI improvements such as a new capture state and improvements to animations.

Users carrying out a Passive Liveness check will now be presented with a guidance page if their face is occluded (e.g. wearing a mask).

Web SDK Improvements

A new guidance page will be presented to a user in the Web SDK when a Liveness journey is being carried out and the device has no camera. Users carrying out a Passive Liveness check will now be presented with a guidance page if their face is occluded (e.g. wearing a mask).

The Web SDK v9.4.1 will bring improved capturing capabilities for Smart Capture as we have enhanced the ability to identify blurred and glared images, as well as being able to identify if a physical document is within the frame or not.
