AssureID Document Library

The AssureID Document Library is an extensive compilation of document-specific metadata (image and layout characteristics) and authentication tests. The Library currently consists of over 6,800 document types and is updated frequently with additional document types. For AssureID Sentinel users, the AssureID Document Library is available to download and install as a separate .msi file from the AssureID Technical Support portal.

The AssureID Customer Experience Program (ACE) collects operational and performance metrics for the AssureID software. This data contains information that is useful for diagnosing operational performance and improving the recognition and authentication of documents supported by the AssureID document library. The data collected is 100% anonymous.

No personally identifiable information (PII) about the customer, the operator of the software, or those whose documents are authenticated by the software is stored or transmitted to GBG under any circumstances. The collected data does not include any images or partial images of the documents that are processed. The only information collected that relates to the document being processed is the type of the document (for example, USA ePassport Series 2006). This information is required to correlate performance issues with the document type so that the AssureID Document Library can be specifically improved for performance, recognition, and authentication reliability of documents encountered by GBG’s customers.
