Release v9.3.1 – May 2021 (21.4)

IEOS Backend Services:     

  1. Prevented users to upload PDF file in selfie step. 
  1. Ensured that Onboarding Suite functionalities are working with Aurora Db properly. 
  1. Fixed overlapping issues in pdf report. 
  1. Fixed UI issues in Oboarding Suite. 
  1. Fixed the issue which was related to displaying Store and Location info. 
  1. Integrated a new analytics studio improvements with Onboarding Suite. The new analytics studio will be accessible for hosted customers only. On-prem customers will be navigated to the old analytics studio. 
  1. Improved the performance of DeleteJourney procedure. 
  1. Removed the dependency between IDWS and High Level Tailoring Tool. A new key is added into appsettings.json file. It’s value is “true” for hosted customers by default, while it is “false” for on premise customers. 
  1. Produced a new setting “Enable IDscan Supported Backside Document Only” in Admin Portal which will enable the backside document check only on supported backside IDscan documents. This setting will be disabled by default. The user will not be able to use the current define double sided documents setting in conjunction with the new setting (it is one or the other).  The backside document step will be asked when: 
  • the new setting is enabled 
  • a backside document check is included in the journey 
  • the document is an IDscan supported document 
  1. Produced a new sub-setting in Admin Portal in order to allow user to control whether they want a journey to Refer if the expiry date has failed to be extracted. This setting will be disabled by default. 
  1. Added ability in order to enable customers to upload additional documents, both through API, as well as an investigation studio. This will allow customers to append additional documents to the user journeys so that FDE has an easier way of reviewing it. In this way, FDE team will have all they need to make a final decision, when user refer documents to the FDE team. A new db setting “MaxAdditionalDocuments” is produced and it’s default value is 3. The user will be able to delete and view the document through both Investigation Studio and API. 
  1. Added IR and UV images as well into the pdf report. 
  1. Added ability for users to replace the IDscan logo with their own customer logo to be able to customise the PDF report. The logo within the PDF report will be replaced with the specified image found in the file name location.  
  1. Removed “Face match API Settings” from Admin Portal. 
  1. Updated “DocumentExpiry” breadcrumb as “SKIPPED” when we are unable to extract the expiry date. 
  1. Fixed the new analytics studio related issues. 

Multitenancy:    

  1. Ensured that Multitenancy Tool works with Aurora Db without an issue.
