Release v8.9 – Sept 2020 (20.8)

IEOS Backend Services:

  1. Added a button for an ability to go to the top of the page in journey detail view in Investigation Studio. 
  2. Onboarding Suite menu order in drop-down menu, has been updated to be identical to the order in dashboard. 
  3. Added hyperlink for the journey which has been processed in Capture Studio, to allow user to navigate to the journey details directly. 
  4. Added hyperlinks to the Onboarding Suite dashboard items to navigate to the relevant section. 
  5. Displayed “Issuing State Name” as one of the extracted fields in journey details view in Investigation Studio. 
  6. Added ability to run scanner journey for different database providers in multitenancy. 
  7. Added a mechanism to push the chat notifications to FDE team for the journeys which have been processed via mobile channel or WebSDK as well. 
  8. Added USA state list to “Define Double-Sided Documents” section to allow user to configure “state” value when country is set to “USA”. 
  9. Added state information into csv report. 
  10. Added scan distribution by state graphic to Analytics Studio. 
  11. Added chat history to Investigation Studio. 
  12. Improved a feature for displaying chat history in Investigation Studio if the journey has been overridden by FDE team and there is a chat conversation with FDE team member. 
  13. Fixed the issue about displaying UV and IR images in both Investigation Studio and pdf report. 
  14. Improved a mechanism to allow users to do ip range configuration in multitenancy. 
  15. Implemented blacklisting feature to allow users to configure documents for blacklisting. A configuration which is named as ”Acceptable documents(whitelist/blacklist)”, has been added to Admin Portal. Users will be able to do either whitelisting or blacklisting. 
  16. Added a new configuration to Admin Portal to allow customers which would like to see that middle name is extracted, to enable this feature. 
  17. Added online survey to Onboarding Suite to get customer feedback. The red icon for this survey will always be displayed at the right bottom pf the page so that user can initiate it easily. 
  18. Added “document type ID” as one of the fields, which will be displayed in both Investigation Studio and pdf report. It will be displayed in API response as well. 
  19. Integrated standard api from ReadId to get benefit from full authentication result. Two new authentication checks which are named as ChipVerification and ChipCloneDetection will be received from ReadId and routed to IDES. 
  20. Updated state list in Admin Portal, with the missing “state” values for AUS country. 
  21. Added ability to support multiple database providers in multitenancy. 

High Level Tailoring Tool v8.9: 

  1. Created a new tool which is named “High Level Tailoring Tool”, in order to provide both better customer support experience and better customer experience. Authentication checks will be either prioritised or ignored on this tool, based on the customer preferences. For hosted platform customers DevOps team will maintain this tool; for on-prem customers PSE team will do. Profiles which are created per tenant on the tool will be displayed in Investigation Studio so that tracking the customisations which are done on the tool will be possible. 

Terminal Integration Client: 

  1. Enhanced the scanner logic to support “SignalR on demand” to establish the signalR connection only if there is a document on scanner. 

IDWS v8.9: 

  1. Reflected the High Level Tailoring Tool changes on IDWS. 
  2. Supported NFC authentication checks for both Clone detection and Chip verification. 

WebSDK: 

  1. Enhanced webSDK initialisation for better customisation experiences on WebSDK, updated customised library with new elements. 
  2. Removed manual cropping functionality from WebSDK.  
  3. Fixed invisible journey issue. The journey which had been created While on result page was not displayed in Investigation Studio. 
  4. Fixed no_translation errors. 
  5. Added an indication which shows that liveness action is in progress, to WebSDK. 
  6. Enhanced WebSDK, to prompt users to do file upload in case camera specifications are lower than expected. 
  7. Fixed token issue. 
  8. Fixed the discrepancy issue between Investigation Studio and WebSDK app in terms of liveness result.
