- Backend settings can now be configured from the admin portal. Admin portal is restricted to SuperAdministrator access. Customers can import their existing backend settings to admin portal.
- Authentication tolerance levels can now be applied for specific document types. If applied, this tolerance overrides the global tolerance level.
- With Full Edition license, a chat with an IDScan FDE is automatically initiated on Capture Studio when an identity document is Referred, Expired or Not Supported.
- The IDScan FDE will have access only to the journey for which it is initiated and override the outcome.
- The chat can also be manually initiated from Investigation Studio.
- The chat transcript will be available for review on Investigation Studio.

- Liveness detection is now part of the onboarding journey workflow.
