Release v8.5 – 22 Nov 2019

IEOS Backend Services:  

  • Fixed the discrepancy issue between csv report and Investigation Studio.
  • Quality check fields had been added to the pdf report.
  • Prevented user to create non-unique journey definitions in Admin Portal.
  • Fixed overall journey result and cross-check result in case different document is proceeded as a backside.
  • Combined and updated Liveness Accumulative Result in Investigation Studio based on face matches and liveness in mobile.
  • Produced aggregated facematch result in IEOS based on regarding tolerance levels.
  • Report Sample content had been updated according to pdf downloaded report.
  • Allowed users to delete the journey from database permanently.
  • “Final Result” text is changed to “Initial Result” in Investigation Studio.
  • Updated the information message which comes up after deleting the journey.
  • Upgraded the Liveness version to the v0.4.9.1 within IEOS.
  • Added the missing fields which are not being displayed in pdf report so far, to be identical to Investigation Studio.
  • Added “Overridden By” information to the pdf report for sake of indicating the username who overrode the result.
  • Added “confidence score” in journey/get endpoint to be able to allow customers to determine their own acceptance threshold for face matching.
  • Added “document decision” information to the high level result details in Investigation Studio.
  • Updating IEOS API to include an X-Frame-Options header with “DENY” value
  • Removed the “X-Powered-By” from the http headers of IEOS API.
  • Changed the datetime that the chat transcripts are being saved based on. Client datetime will being used instead of server datetime.
  • Allowed hosted platform users to change their initial passwords themselves.
  • Fixed the cross check result issue in case only front side of the document has been processed.
  • Fixed the error message which comes up when search functionality is triggered in Analytic Studio.

Terminal Service (Scanner):

  • Removed username and user related information from the web socket message that has been sent by IEOS by using WebSocket protocol.
  • Reconfigured the Terminal Services Client permissions to grant access to the application’s directory for only privileged users.

WJCS (Web Journey Capture Service):  

  • Fixed journey id discrepancy issue while using scanner.

WebSDK:  

  • Fixed journey id discrepancy issue while using scanner.
