IEOS Backend Services:
- Added IEOS and IDES versions into the metadata list. This information will be displayed in Metadata Section in Investigation Studio.
- Removed “is ICAO” configuration option from Admin Portal.
- Added “Tenant Name” into the request from IEOS to IDES to store this information to enhance troubleshooting.
- Added ability to allow users to send IDscan Helpdesk their queries related to the journey.
- Fixed NFC related issues.
- Enhanced logging for the communication between IEOS and both facematch and liveness. In addition to this, JourneyID is added into the IEOS log file for every action in IEOS.
- Fixed an issue in Admin Portal which was related to the IgnoreScanResult setting.
- Added ability for users to refer to FDE via API call.
- Added ability to search by GUID.
- Fixed deadlock issue which was happening in case of intensive usage.
- Fixed an issue which happens while both triple scan and passive liveness are enabled. Only last liveness result will be shown in Investigation Studio if there are more than one retry.
- Added liveness percentage score to the Investigation Studio to allow users have better understanding about liveness result.
- Added file size restriction while file upload via API call. The allowed file size is max 10mb.
- Removed an invalid resource URL from Investigation Studio.
- Added a mechanism not to crash in case liveness fails. (Vistra)
- Fixed the issue which was about not requesting for POA although its configured to be prompted.
Terminal Integration Client v9.1.1:
- Added all metadata information to be shown in Investigation Studio when scanner is used.
- Changed the order of the images in device setting to fix the cropping issue on scanner and updated the device setting.
