Release v9.4.1 – July 2021 (21.6)

IEOS Backend Services:     

  1. Implemented a new logic to display that NFC check has failed when certain validators have failed. When either “NFC Clone Detection Validation” or “NFC Chip Verification Validation” fail, NFC check result will refer and user will be able to view information about this failure in the breadcrumb. 
  1. Produced a new admin portal setting to allow user to be able to control whether an NFC check is mandatory or not to carry out for journey. When user adds a mobile journey definition then the user will be able to view drop down for the NFC setting. The options in the dropdown; “Not Required”, “Mandatory”, “Optional”. This setting is set to “Not Required” by default.  
  1. If the NFC setting is set to “Not Required”, the user will not be able to view the NFC step. If the NFC setting is set to “Mandatory” and the NFC check is skipped, then the high level result for the journey will be refer. If the NFC setting is set to “Optional”, then the high level result will not be affected. 
  1. Added ability in order to allow HLRT tool users to be able to export a csv file of the authentication checks being shown to the user. The user will be able to view the export button once the document criteria has been searched for. When the csv file has downloaded, the user will be able to find this file located in “downloads” folder. 
  1. Added ability in order to allow HLRT tool users to be able to view all NFC cross-checks. The user will be able to ignore or prioritise them. 
  1. Added ability in order to allow HLRT tool users to be able to use (*) functionality on all categories.  
  1. Added ability for the New Analytics Studio users to be able to navigate to the IEOS dashboard when the user selects the GBG icon. 
  1. Added a world map that shows the user how many documents that been used for a journey have been issued in different countries. A user also will be able to view an ordered (from the highest number to the lowest number) list of Issue Countries and the number of documents used in each country. 
  1. Added ability for the New Analytics Studio users to be able to select a custom date range of just one day to allow users to drill down on a single date in the past. 
  1. Added restriction to prevent users from selecting wrong scanner groups and viewing other customer’s group. In this way a user will be able to select scanner groups that belong to his tenant only. 
  1. Added dropdown arrow for all expandable settings in Admin Portal in order to make ensure the user aware that he needs to select the setting for configuration. 
  1. Updated MSSql search query to be able to cover all details on Maltco document. 
  1. Removed “visible pattern” setting from admin portal as it is not required anymore. 
  1. Upgraded the passive liveness version to the latest one. 
  1. Improved the performance of the search query while searching by journey reference number in Investigation Studio. 
  1. Fixed the issue which occurs when a journey is performed that has expired backside while NFC is enabled. 
  1. Fixed the duplication issue when country is set to (*) in HLRT tool. 
  1. Fixed the navigation button issue on editing OCR screen. 
  1. Fixed the issue about showing the incorrect status for both notAccepted and notSupported journeys in breadcrumb. 
  1. Fixed the issue which is about not displaying heatmap in pdf report.
