Installed as part of IDES setup (not required to be installed manually):
- Microsoft C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Packages
- Microsoft C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Packages
- Microsoft C++ 2010 Redistributable Packages
- Microsoft C++ 2013 Redistributable Packages
- Microsoft IIS 7.5 or latest versions
- .NET Frameworks 4.5.2 or newer release
These prerequisites are not being installed automatically as part of IDESv2 therefore if the customer will use IDESv2 only, these prerequisites should be installed manually.
To be downloaded and installed:
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 Redistributable (x86)

- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (64) – 14.0.23026 (be sure this is installed)
- Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable (86) – 14.0.23026 (be sure this is installed)
If you installed those above please also restart IIS once more to make sure the Web-Server takes latest changes.
For Oracle Database:
- ODAC needs to be installed on Application Server
Client Application Prerequisites:
- Microsoft C++ 2005 SP1 Redistributable Packages
- .NET Frameworks 4.5.2
Passport Scanner Driver:
- Web Browser (to use the Investigation Studio and Scanning Application)
- Internet Explorer 10 or later versions
- Google Chrome (newer versions)
- Mozilla Firefox (newer versions)
