Moved to the new V3 face recognition model. This should improve how Face Match copes with occasions and produce slightly better results
overall, particularly with respect to Asian faces.

If
it was necessary to rotate the incoming image to find a face in it, we now
report this back so that it can be used to display the image in the correct
orientation.

Fixed
a bug that meant Face Match could detect the large face like object in a
complex image and then fail to find facial landmarks within this if it wasn’t a
true face. The fix means it will find up to 5 face like areas, sort them so that it looks at the biggest
face first and will then work through
each one until it finds a face with good facial landmarks for face matching.
