In order for the Core Engine to work a few pre-requisites need to be installed before the Core Engine. All of the required components can be found in the release email which your TAM/SAM has sent to you, depending on your workflow and requirements, as well as our Technical Administration Guide, to help you through the installation process of the below components.

These are:

• IDscan Document Expert System
• IDscan Documents Reference Library
• Address Corrector

Once these have been installed successfully, then you should move onto installing your Core Engine to be able to test your A4 documents.
