Release v9.3.1 – May 2021 (21.4)

  1. Added ability to the websdk to work with mysql db provider without an issue. 
  1. Created guidance pages for all triple scan steps. In this way user will be able to view any failed issues on the guidance pages. 
  1. Provided a new configuration key which is called “assetsDirectory” in order to allow user to configure the assets folder location. The assets will be read from the specified folder location. 
  1. Removed the connection to the GBG Component Library, added the elements into the relevant CSS folder. 
  1. Improved the mobile view.  
  1. Improved the “look left” and “look right” animations to be able to match with the instructions. 
  1. Added “loading icon” when the smart capture has captured and is uploading the image. 
  1. Fixed the issue which was causing the pdf selfie not to be displayed in Investigation Studio when the file upload is selected. Prevented user to upload a pdf file in selfie step. 
  1. Fixed the issue which is about displaying the camera when the user is navigated back to the liveness screen in iOS. 
  1. Added flexibility for the user to be able to configure “File upload on camera capture journeys” setting. The value will be “true” by default. If the user disables this setting, the user will not be able to switch to file upload on a camera journey. 
  1. Removed the configuration for file upload preview pages and the default setting is set to “true”. In this way a user will always view the preview page. 
  1. Fixed cancel button issue when the button is hit after the “file upload” or “scanner” is selected and before the journey is performed. 
  1. Fixed the issue which was causing ghost scan in websdk. 
  1. Added mirroring in passive liveness when using WebSDK. 

WebSDK v9.2.4: 

  1. Added UX/UI enhancements to the WebSDK in order to guide better through the webSDK journey. User will be able to view a pre-capture screen on top tips while capturing a document and also there will be guidance for avoiding the quality issues. After capturing, user will be able to see the captured document.  
  1. Added ability to allow user to turn manual capture on if the user struggles with auto capture. Manual capture setting will be disabled by default. Once the manual capture setting is enabled, a sub-setting will be displayed to add in a configured time. The value for this sub-setting can be added between 0-60 seconds. The value is 15secs by default. Manual capture toggle will not be displayed until the configured time is met. 
  1. Added guidance for both Passive Liveness steps and related errors. 
  1. Added guidance for Active Liveness steps. 
  1. Added guidance for triple scan steps. 
  1. Added new settings for both ID document preview pages, Face Match preview pages, Liveness preview pages and POA preview pages. 
  1. Added ability to switch from file upload to mobile capture and vice versa. “Upload a photo instead” button will be displayed for the following pages; front of document, back of document, Face Match, POA. “Take a photo instead” button will be shown during file upload. 
  1. Added guidance for both scanner journey steps, file upload steps and Face Match steps. 
  1. Added ability for user to change the camera selection whilst smart capture is running.  
  1. Put a restriction for file size during file upload step. More than 10mb will not be allowed.  
  1. Improved both mobile view and desktop view for manual capture screen.  
  1. Added guidance for document rotation animation when smart capture is started. 
  1. Fixed the issues which were occurring when the journey is cancelled. 
  1. Fixed UI related issues.
