An OCR Only Journey is only available if this has been enabled for you by GBG. If OCR Only Journey’s are made available for you, the ability to add an OCR only journey will be enabled in the Administration Portal. 

An OCR only journey option will only be displayed when the following is selected in the Add New Journey Definition model: 

• Journey Channel is set to either Web or Mobile 
• Capturing Media is set to either File Upload or Mobile Camera 

Once the OCR only journey is added, the Front of Document step will be locked as enabled and the back of the document step will be optional. The rest of the steps will be locked as disabled.
