Welcome to the GBG IDscan Enterprise Solutions User Guide for the GBG IDscan projects.

GBG IDscan Enterprise provides a comprehensive, extremely flexible and user-friendly environment to validate identification documents, whether it is an ID card, passport or driving license, and gives a suggestive answer on its authenticity. Please use this guideline to familiarize yourself with the application as well as a quick overview of the functions of the solution.

The application consists of two layers. The first layer, which is front-end, faces the user, with the help of JCS (Journey Capturing Service); our application will handle the identification as well as verification of the scanned ID. The back end launches the second layer that offers a solution called the Investigation Studio allowing you to easily manage and coordinate a stream of information relevant to the scanned ID and to help the fraud team achieve highly accurate decision making in terms of identity verification within the Investigation Studio.

Another environment alongside the JCS would also be mentioned in this guide, which will be accessible only with specific credentials through the IDScanApp system.

The Web Journey Capture Studio is an environment made possible by GBG IDscan for you to begin and complete your scanning journeys on whether this is A4 documents or photo ID cards including passports and lots more.
