There are five different ID status:
| Status | Description |
| Refer | The ID did not pass all the expected checks on the document, and requires additional review. |
| Pass | The ID verification was done successfully. |
| Expired | This indicates that the ID is expired. |
| Not Supported | The ID type is not in the list of documents not currently supported by GBG IDscan. Please refer to our “How to add an items to the GBG IDscan Library” |
| Undefined | This indicates that the expected journey was not fulfilled, meaning that an action item was missing, as such GBG IDscan cannot make a decision. |
Note: The Customer will be responsible for, and will have full control over the messages displayed to the user, wherein these messages may differ from those provided above as part of the internal processing of the IDscan App with the Customer’s application.
