There are six different ID status such as:
- Passed: This indicates that the ID verification was done successfully.
- Refer: This indicates that the ID was suspected to be fraudulent or altered. This could also be down to poor image quality.
- Not Supported: This indicates that the ID type is not in the list of accepted documents. This could also be down to poor image quality.
- Not Accepted: The Admin configuration set up doesn’t allow this type of document. Check allow/blocklists.
- Expired: This indicates that the ID has expired.
- Undefined: This indicates that the scanning process was not completed successfully or not all actions were completed by the user (this will only be displayed in the Investigation Studio).
Please note: The Customer will be responsible for, and will have full control over the messages displayed to the user, wherein these messages may differ from those provided above as part of the internal processing of the IDscan App with the Customer’s application.
